TED TALKS: HOW TO MAKE STRESS YOUR FRIEND

Three important ideas:
- When we change our mind about stress, we change also our body response.
- Stress is our body that help us to rise the challenges.
- Ask for help when we are stressed is fantastic for our body


In this monologue, Kelly McGonigal explains that STRESS is harmful for our health only if we think that. If we see stress like a help of our body, we change  our point of view and our body also.
Stress is a normaly symptom of our body but if we saw thath like a good think, our heart has the artery more open than normaly, and OXYTOCIN, a brain neuron, works quickly and thats well for our health because a part of the neuron substance is for repair our heart.
