SPORTS



Do sport it's a great form of live. With sport you can lose weight, pass an incredible day or breathe and relax. There are a lot of types of sport that divides in two groups: the sports of tire and the sports of relax. Some of the examples in sports of tired are basketball, football, judo.. And the others are yoga, pilates..
It's well do sports of relax when you want disconnect of your days and have a gread time. But when you want pass  a great time with friends and lose weight, the best it's the tired sports.
Particulary I like so  much the tired sports. The relax sports I think are worried and for that I dancing, and I do judo.
