This days I'm very happy because our T.D.R is in process. But in process to finish!!
My work is about the spanish pop-rock and now, I think like my classmaters, I'm with the lasts retouch.


The research work is a project that all the batxillerat students in Catalonia starts at finish of first batxillerat and we finish at the first term of second batxillerat. Is a work with biggest responsability because is a 10% about your mark of batxillerat and is  like a other subject.


I wish that my project will well and I will have a good mark.

CHRISTMAS

Christmas is one of the best moments at the year because we appart all the problems and our only preocupation is to pass a lot of time with family and give them a lot of happiness.


For me Christmas is a happiness moment when I can see all my family together, and we have lunch together and we do a lot of things because after lunch we play some games and we explain some jokes. 


Also, it's a good moment to see the children excitement and to decorate the houses with christmas trees, stars and garlands

INJURIES, ARRESTS AS AMERICA'S 'BLACK FRIDAY' SHOPPING TRADITION SPREADS TO UK

In that CNN news by Bryony Jones, we can see the behaviour of english people in the traditional Black Friday's day.


And, for why? Black Friday's day is a day that all of shops have a big reduction in the object's price and is for that the people wake up very early and they go to the shops because they will became the first person to entry in the shop and buy the best things in the minour prices. Also, that day causes a lot of problems because the people fight and discuss, and the shops call the police.

Also, there are other people that see this day like a loss of money and say that the shops lies to consumers because you loss more money without go working and with your fuel.


In Spain, some big shops start to do that. Shops like Media Markt.

"LA RAMBLA DE FIGUERES"

Tonight in l'Alt Empordà rains a lot. Is for that, in the central square of Figueres this night the rain caused a smash; two of the trees fall down with the water  pressure and leave a big hole at the part that are in front of Pans&Company.

This morning, the police sorround the zone.

Marta Felip, the Figueres mayor says that the hole was provocated by a wall that give way with wáter.

Also, the commoun route for go to Girona have the apparence like a river because is full of water.

All Catalonia have problems today with rain and firefighters have a lot of work this night evacuate people of there houses.

TED TALKS: THE KEY TO SUCCESS? GRIT.

Angela Lee Duckwort says that GRIT is the key to success. She was a docent for a lot of years and one day she leave that and she starts to investigate why a lot of people haven't the success and she's answer was: because they no have grit. The ket to success is attainable with effort and when we learn something about our fails, we learn something new that we can use in our next effort.


For that Angela Lee Duckwort recomends to motivate all the children to study, specially the children that want leave the school.

Three important ideas:
- When we change our mind about stress, we change also our body response.
- Stress is our body that help us to rise the challenges.
- Ask for help when we are stressed is fantastic for our body


In this monologue, Kelly McGonigal explains that STRESS is harmful for our health only if we think that. If we see stress like a help of our body, we change  our point of view and our body also.
Stress is a normaly symptom of our body but if we saw thath like a good think, our heart has the artery more open than normaly, and OXYTOCIN, a brain neuron, works quickly and thats well for our health because a part of the neuron substance is for repair our heart.

EBOLA OUTBREACK: "THOUSANDS OF CHILDREN ORFANED"

Ebola is a virus who affects Guinea, Liberia and Serra Leona. It's very dangerous because have a lot of infection risk. The basic symptoms of the virus are high fever, spread by body fluids, etc. The mortality rates about 70% and nowadays is no proven vaccine or cure.
At the moment, there are more than 3.700 person dead and a lot of children whose now are orfaned.
A lot of organizations say that is necessary establish a system for indentify and caring for them. The middle age of the childs is around three and four years old.
Also, Manuel Garcia Viejo is the first spanish dead. And Teresa, is the first contaminated in Spain.

He start his monologue with his experiences and then he explains that life have bad and good moments but when we have a bad moment we can learn about that and we can choise two routes.

DOES HUMOR PLAY AN IMPORTANT ROLE IN LIFE?

Humor is one of the best things that we have because it's perfect to get off the outside world.
I can't describe what the word humor means but I know what humour's.
For me humor is essential in my life, it's for that I think in life of other persons it's the same. If no one has humour, life is serious and black. With humour, some serious things can be less important because we can see it with other eyes.
Obiously, my answer to the question is yes. I can't see a life without humor. It's dificult to imagine a serious world only with tragical things or political things.
